The following Terms and Conditions, hereinafter, "T&C" will be applied for the navigation and use of users on the IDEOLOGIES platform and application and regulate the legal relationship with the services offered therein.
ACCEPTANCE OF T&C
All the legal content expressed in these T&C and its future modifications are binding for anyone who navigates on the IDEOLOGIES platform and application. Therefore, the use and navigation implies the knowledge and acceptance of what is expressed in this site. If you do not agree with the T&C, you must cancel your navigation in it, whether or not they are registered in it.

This page should be visited on a regular basis in order to know the changes that occur, however, we will notify or try to notify the changes on the site.

Any user who uses the services of the platform must have the age and legal capacity to accept the T&C in the place where the user lives. IDEOLOGIES offers the creation of profiles that will allow the accumulation of answers to thematic questions related to personal and social opinion provided by the platform in order to increase the possibilities of linking users based on the similarity of the answers. IDEOLOGIES users can contact one another using text, images, audio and video.

 The creation of an account is free for users. Users may choose to purchase any of our premium services. Users who adhere to the premium system agree to pay the applicable fees. Payments are non-refundable. If you cancel your premium subscription, all of its features will expire at the end of your billing cycle. It is accepted that the purchase may be subject to exchange fees or price differences depending on your location (for example, exchange rates).

The user registered on the IDEOLOGIES page will be able to carry out all the actions allowed by the site and those that will be enabled in the future. When registering on the IDEOLOGIES site, we ask for your email address, username and password creation.

USERS who have a conflict in any process within the site may initiate an internal dispute resolution process by contacting legal@ideologies.com. IDEOLOGIES will observe the best practices to solve the problem and will issue an informed decision.

Despite the users registered in IDEOLOGIES being able to carry out all the actions on the site, in certain cases and according to the need, information verification processes may be carried out with the best available means in order to know their users.

In order to do this, verified users will be asked for personal data in the event of having submitted false or inaccurate, misleading, partial information, and / or any other case of insufficient or false information.
In these cases, IDEOLOGIES may also request clarifications and complementation of information.
IDEOLOGIES will carry out and be diligent in carrying out all the necessary actions and protections in order to avoid any conflict and complications.

Users agree that they are not authorized / will not be able to perform the following actions:
a. Send comments with illegal, obscene, abusive, defamatory, libelous, discriminatory, degrading, threatening, sexually explicit or pornographic content, that incites violence, contains nudity or graphic violence or contrary to the good;
b. Send files or communications that contain viruses, Trojans, malware or any other characteristic capable of damaging the operation of a computer system; c. Collect or track personal information of others;
c. Generate spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape;
d. Offer other products or services;
f. Make a copy of images of the products or violate the intellectual property of the company or third parties;
g. Use software to monitor or copy information or content from the website without the prior authorization of IDEOLOGIES;
h. Failure to comply with the community rules of social networks that are determined for this purpose.

IDEOLOGIES users agree to not hold the site responsible from any type of claim, liability, loss, expenses, technical and legal fees, requests and submission of information for breaches of these terms and conditions, excluding the provisions of the insurance clause. IDEOLOGIES will not be held responsible for any act once it has been found among the users.

USERS may not transfer their rights or obligations to third parties without the prior consent of IDEOLOGIES.

IDEOLOGIES declares that it is not linked by any commercial, associative and linking relationship with the users of the contents of the website, application or other web pages that intervene in the process. The terms and conditions that are the subject of this present may be modified by IDEOLOGIES without the need for prior communication and will be notified through the website and an attempt will be made to do so by other means such as mail, application or social networks.
IDEOLOGIES will not be responsible for the accuracy, availability or reliability of any information, content, data, opinions, clarifications or statements inserted or from social networks by users. The use of social networks will be determined and will be the responsibility of the user.

a. Users accept that all intellectual property rights are owned by IDEOLOGIES, as well as trademarks, patents, copyrights, industrial models and designs, trade dress, appearance, logos, drawings, icons are also IDEOLOGIES intellectual property.
b.  Users agree to provide their personal image, logo, descriptions, and details to be used on the page and in social media posts for site use and promotion.

IDEOLOGIES will observe the highest standards of protection of the personal data of its users and will make its privacy policies and data protection compliance available to them.
